镶铜闸门的加工铸造过程

铸铁镶铜闸门次要由门框、门体、导轨、楔紧安装、密封面等部件组成。 
1、次要构造 
(1)、门框由优质铸铁资料全体浇铸而成,门框两侧自带导槽,精加工之后作门体升降的导轨。门框立体经龙门刨及立车精加工并辨别加工一道槽,以便镶入青铜密封面。 
(2)、 门体爲全体铸造的方形平板,并在迎水面自带“#”字形的增强筋,增强筋的数量视闸门规格大小而定,普通间距爲250~350mm之间。门体立体精加工并带有镶铜条的槽,以便镶入青铜密封面,门体两侧精加工与门框侧槽配合,构成上下滑轨。门体上端设有吊耳,门体与吊耳的两接触面精加工之后用螺栓固定。吊耳的受力点接近门体中心线,吊耳的销轴孔用镗床加工。爲增加门体上下运转时的摩擦力,导轨和门框衔接的接触部位精加工,用螺栓联接,并设有定位销避免错位。 
(3)、门体、门框按*任务水头设计,其抗拉、抗压、抗剪强度的平安系数爲5,传动丝杆的导向支撑间距与丝杆半径之比(柔度)不大于300。 
(4)、门体、门框在厚度上留出12mm的腐蚀裕度,门体与门框导向槽间隙小于1.6mm。 
(5)、 导轨用铸铁制造,导轨面加工成与门框一样的槽,并在立体上镶入青铜,增加门体上下运转时的摩擦力。导轨和门框衔接的接触部位精加工,用螺栓联接,并设有定位销避免错位。 
(6)、楔紧安装:爲到达闸门的止水效果,闸门两侧设置楔块。楔块用锡青铜制成,用螺栓辨别与门体和门框上的楔座固定,楔座铣生长孔,便于楔块的调整。当闸门的某一处止水效果不好时可部分调整楔块,当门体未关到位时或已到位而楔块尚未楔紧时,需调整全部楔块。 
(7)、密封面:闸门的密封由侧向与底部、顶部四面组成,周围密封采用门框圆形铜合金密封条严密贴合门板的构造方式,应用门体封闭时与之接触到达密封效果,在构造设计上保证全体密封良好。密封条采用铜合金经精细加工,密封条便于装置和改换。门板和门框的密封面采用轧制或挤压的铜合金条制成并经精细加工结实地装置在经加工的门框及门板的槽中(密封座辨别镶在经机加工的闸框和闸板上,用与密封座相反资料制造的沉头螺钉紧固,螺钉头部与密封座任务面一同精加工,其外表粗糙度不大于3.2μm,以保证在门框与门板的运用时期坚持原位、不变形、不松动。门框和门板上经加工的凹槽在装置密封条之前涂一层防水粘接剂,以保证水密性。密封任务外表无划痕、裂纹和气孔等缺陷。闸门设置有可以调理的楔紧安装和强迫密封安装,保证闸门封闭时,闸板与闸框的密封面严密接触,闸框密封座与闸板密封座间隙小于0.1mm,闸板与闸框导向槽间隙小于1.16mm。密封座采用铜合金精细加工。 
(8)、 丝杆由圆钢制成梯形螺纹,其精度到达17e级规范,螺纹长度比门体行程高度加长1200mm,阀杆按*任务开闭力设计,其抗拉、抗压、抗剪强度的平安系数爲不小于15,闸门处于封闭地位时,螺纹超出启闭机螺母50mm,丝杆总长度超越15000mm时,需作分段加工,其接头采用圆钢加工成内圆孔,并用圆钢铰制螺栓将丝杆和接头固定。接头用固定工装加工,可与相反规格的丝杆互换配合。丝杆总长度超越14000mm时,需增设轴导架,轴导架由铸铁衬套管装置在铸铁托架上组成,铸铁托架固定在池壁上,导管与托架都可在两个方向停止调理,丝杆下部焊有圆钢销套,用销轴与门体相连。

The door frame is made of high quality cast iron materials. There are guide grooves on both sides of the door frame. After finishing, the door body lifting guide is made. After finishing the contact surface between the door body and the lifting lug, it is fixed with bolts. The stress point of the lifting lug is close to the center line of the door body, and the pin hole of the lifting lug is machined by boring machine. In order to increase the friction between the upper and lower running of the door body, the contact parts between the guide rail and the door frame are finely machined, bolted and positioning pins are provided to avoid misalignment. (3) The door body and frame are designed according to * task head. The safety factor of the tensile, compressive and shear strength is 5. The ratio of the guide support spacing to the radius of the screw rod (flexibility) is less than 200. (4) The corrosion margin of the door body and the door frame is 2 mm in thickness, and the gap between the door body and the guide groove of the door frame is less than 1.6 mm. (5) The guide rail is made of cast iron. The surface of the guide rail is machined into the same groove as the door frame, and bronze is inserted into the stereo to increase the friction of the door when it runs up and down. The contact parts between the guide rail and the door frame are finely machined, bolted and equipped with positioning pins to avoid misalignment. (6) Wedge installation: Wedge blocks are arranged on both sides of the gate to achieve the sealing effect of the gate. The wedge is made of tin bronze. It is fixed with the wedge seat on the door body and frame by bolts. The wedge seat milling the growth hole facilitates the adjustment of the wedge. When the water stop effect of a gate is not good, the wedges can be partly adjusted. When the gate body is not closed or in place and the wedges are not wedged, all the wedges need to be adjusted. (7) Sealing surface: The sealing of the gate is composed of four sides: side, bottom and top. The round copper alloy sealing strip of the door frame is used to close the door plate. When the door body is closed, it contacts with the gate body to achieve the sealing effect, and the whole sealing is guaranteed in the structural design. The sealing strip is made of copper alloy, which is easy to install and change. The sealing surface of door plate and door frame is made of rolled or extruded copper alloy strip and is finely machined and fixed in the groove of the processed door frame and door plate (the seal seat is distinguished from the machined gate frame and gate plate, and is tightened by countersunk head screw manufactured from the opposite data of the seal seat. The head of the screw is finely machined with the task surface of the seal seat, and its surface roughness is not more than 3.2 micrometers, so as to ensure the safety of the door. Ensure that the door frame and door plate in the use of the period adhere to the original position, no deformation, no loosening. The processed grooves on the door frame and the door panel are coated with a waterproof adhesive before the sealing strip is installed to ensure water tightness. There are no scratches, cracks and gas holes on the surface of the sealing task. The gate is equipped with adjustable wedge-tightening installation and forced sealing installation to ensure close contact between the gate plate and the sealing surface of the gate frame when the gate is closed. The gap between the seal seat of the gate frame and the sealing seat of the gate plate is less than 0.1 mm, and the gap between the gate plate and the guide groove of the gate frame is less than 1.6 mm. The sealing seat is made of copper alloy. (8) The screw rod is made of round steel trapezoidal threads with accuracy up to 7e level specification. The thread length is 200 mm longer than the height of the door body. The stem is designed according to the * task opening and closing force. The safety factor of its tensile, compressive and shearing strength is not less than 5. When the gate is in closed position, the thread exceeds 50 mm of the opening and closing machine nut, and when the total length of the screw rod exceeds 5000 mm, the joint should be processed in segments. Round steel is used to make inner round holes, and round steel hinged bolts are used to fix the screw rod and joint. Fixed tooling is used to process joints, which can be interchanged with screw rods of opposite specifications. When the total length of the screw exceeds 4000mm, additional shaft guide frame is needed. The shaft guide frame is composed of cast iron bushing device on the cast iron bracket. The cast iron bracket is fixed on the wall of the pool. The conduit and bracket can stop conditioning in two directions. The lower part of the screw rod is welded with round steel pin sleeve, which is connected with the door body by pin shaft.
